postdoctoral Positions Available at the U. of VA

Dear Colleagues,
I have accepted a position at the University of
Virginia. In conjunction with the new position and the relocation of
my research group (scheduled for January of 2009), I am seeking to
hire 2 or 3 postdoctoral researchers. Ideally, candidates will have
a strong background in synthetic organometallic chemistry and
homogeneous catalysis including experience with handling of
air-sensitive materials and use of common characterization tools
(e.g., NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry). A
background in mechanistic studies would also be beneficial. Initial
appointments will be for one year with extension to a 2nd year upon
mutual agreement. For more information on our research interests,
